How Does it’s Work?
Step 1: Connect
- You (or a parent or guardian) fill out an online form.
- A licensed therapist will speak with you to understand your situation and see if Charlie Health is a good fit.
Step 2: Get a Personalized Plan
- If accepted, Charlie Health builds a custom therapy plan tailored to your needs and schedule.
Step 3: Begin Intensive Online Therapy
- You’ll join an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) which includes:
- 3 to 5 sessions per week
- Group therapy (with people like you)
- One-on-one therapy
- Family therapy sessions (if helpful)
- All sessions are conducted online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home.
